WFINV, LLC. is pleased to offer optional housing opportunities for interested students at Thales College. Students live in community with other Thales College classmates in homes located within the Wake Forest community.

• Homes located within a short drive of Thales College
• Furnished common areas and bedrooms
• Homes are strictly female-only and male-only, including visitors
• Utilities included in the monthly rent rate; all lease contracts are 12 months in duration

Rental rate: $600/month*
